They were made by the Goebel Company of West Germany. The mark is on the bottom. The Sea Lion Seal is in good condition with no stains, chips, or cracks. There are a couple of very tiny scratches in the glaze. We are a nonsmoking home/shop and there are no odors on this piece. Please check out our other items !
