Description

This is a very hard to find vintage Murano extra large glass paperweight vase from the 1960’s. The multi color swirl is encased in clear glass with a white cased glass backing. At the top is an applied paperweight style controlled bubble rim in a beautiful yellow green hue. The weight is 7.87 pounds and height is 11”. The weight, abstract shape to the rim, overall quality and white cased glass interior is what makes this art glass vase so unique for a MCM Murano piece, compared with the replicas you might find around for a discounted price. The colors are unrivaled, when it comes to the art glass I have kept and sold over the years. There is one very small manufacturers flaw on the rim, only visible at the angle shown and does not affect surface texture or integrity.
