This is a crystal clear 3 inch glass paperweight, aquarium style with 2 orange goldfish above a variegated green flower. In my opinion, this paperweight is better made than most of the Chinese goldfish paperweights I have seen. The goldfish and the flower are realistic looking, and the arrangement is balanced. There are no little weirdnesses in the glass, nor any inclusions. (It was very reflective when I took photos, so there appear to be lines and other oddities that are only reflections, not in the actual paperweight.) There are a few normal bubbles in the glass. The paperweight weighs 1 pound 7.4 ounces. There are 3 short scratches in an area about 1/2" square. It's low down on the paperweight and not very easily seen. They could also be polished off fairly easily if you wanted to do that. (I could not get them to photograph.) There are no chips and no other scratches. The base is ground but not polished, which is typical of vintage Chinese paperweights, and it has two divots in the ground area, which were left over when the pontil was ground off.
